Shipping Policy

We proudly deliver across the State of Qatar.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 24–48 hours across Qatar.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Qatar. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags, manuals, and any complimentary items.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, modified, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
• Refunds may be issued using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, depending on the payment option used.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

سياسة الشحن

نحن نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى جميع مناطق دولة قطر.

معالجة الطلبات

• تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال يوم عمل واحد بعد تأكيدها.
• يتم معالجة الطلبات المقدمة خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل

نسعى لتوصيل جميع الطلبات خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة داخل دولة قطر.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بسبب شركة الشحن أو الظروف الجوية أو العطلات الرسمية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

الدفع عند الاستلام

نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام في جميع أنحاء قطر. يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التسليم ورقم الهاتف، وتوفر شخص لاستلام الطلب وسداد قيمته.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

رضاكم هو أولويتنا. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك، يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الاسترجاع

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير تالف وبحالته الأصلية.
• يجب إرجاع المنتج في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والبطاقات والكتيبات وأي هدايا مرفقة.
• لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو المعدلة أو التي لا تحتوي على التغليف الأصلي.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن طلبك، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد الاستلام.

يرجى تزويدنا بما يلي:

• رقم الطلب.
• صور واضحة أو فيديو قصير يوضح المشكلة.

بعد مراجعة طلبك، سنقوم باتخاذ الإجراء المناسب، سواء كان استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ حسب الحالة.

سياسة استرداد المبلغ

• تتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع.
• سيتم رد المبلغ باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو أي وسيلة يتم الاتفاق عليها حسب طريقة الدفع المستخدمة.
• رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ من جانبنا.
